Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After 30 days, we may need to reassess pricing due to material cost changes or other factors.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may forfeit any deposits paid.

If we have already ordered materials for your project, you may be responsible for those costs even if you cancel.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to keep pets and children away from the construction site. We take safety seriously, but you are responsible for maintaining a safe environment around the work area.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities if they are not properly marked before we begin work. You should contact your local utility marking service before the project starts.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Claims related to property damage or personal injury should be reported to us immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website with a new effective date.
